    Even for this long time recruiter you hit upon areas in the “Twisted way of thinking” that applies to me often when not seeing the desired results.

    There is no other way to succeed other than getting on the phone and calling people you don’t know. It’s why companies use me as a recruiter, giving them access to candidates they wouldn’t have had on their own through their Internet recruiting. It’s critical to be an effective “cold caller” to survive and succeed in sales today.
